Submit A Return Request
Submitting a return request.
- Click the "Log in" button located at the top of the page, within the store's menu.
- Log in to your account: here
- In the "Email" field, enter your email address, and then click "Continue".
- In your email account, open the email sent from our store and copy the six-digit verification code included in the email.
- Return to the online store and enter a six-digit verification code.
- Find the order that contains the items you want to return and click on it.
- Click "Request return" for the items you wish to return. If your order contains more than one item, select the items you want to return.
- Select a return reason and add a note for the store.
- Click "Request return".
Your return request has been sent to our returns department for review. Please allow up to 48 business hours for our team to look over your request. If your return request is approved and requires shipping, you will receive an email with shipping instructions, a return shipping label, and a confirmation of the refund amount of the items you are returning. Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable. Additionally, you are responsible for the return shipping costs. All shipping fees will be deducted from your refunded amount.
After your return package arrives at our returns department, please allow up to 5 business days for our team to process the refund back to your original payment method. Once our team processes your refund, you will receive an email from them confirming that your funding is on the way. Depending on your banking institution, it may take up to 10 business days for your funds to be posted to your account.
